Refund and Returns Policy

Hello, and thank you for your purchase. We hope you love your coffee, but if you have a problem with it or it doesn’t meet your expectations, our return policy is below.

If you receive the wrong coffee or it is not to the quality that you’ve come to expect from Cups, will replace it within a week of the ship date. The freshness and quality of your coffee make it important to prepare in a timely manner. If your beans arrive and are different from what you ordered, please contact us with a photo of the product you received, so we can replace it with the correct item.

For equipment and merchandise, we allow a 14-day return/exchange time. Items must be in original condition. If the order doesn’t fit your needs, please contact us from our website contact form for a refund and/or return instructions.

Please include your order number (if known) and your full name, with instructions for exchange or refund. Typical turnaround time for returns/exchanges is about 1-2 weeks once we receive the item(s).

If the original purchase was made with a credit card, we will credit the credit card for the returned item(s) upon receipt and confirmation of their condition. Items must be in original condition and must be returned within 14 days of purchase for equipment/swag or 7 days for coffee beans. Shipping charges are not refundable. If we are unable to exchange or repair the item to comply with your request, we may, at our discretion, issue credit to CupsEspressoCafe.com.

If you have purchased Cups Coffee through one of our cafes, check with the store’s owner or manager for return instructions. Most retailers honor returns and exchanges. If there is a problem, feel free to contact us at https://cupsespressocafe.com/contact/ and we will do our best to help.

– For a full refund, returns must be made with the original receipt and merchandise must be in its original condition.
– Returns by mail without a receipt require an order number, name, and address.
– Shipping & Handling fees are non-refundable unless an item is damaged or defective.
