Our Start

When Janice and Dennis Cameron bought Cups in 1993, it was just one little cafe. But when people in the area started seeing the community being built inside Cups, they got excited and knew they needed one in their neighborhood. Over the last 30 years, we’ve had the honor of opening a total of 11 Cups locations across Mississippi.

Our Coffee

Soon after we opened, we knew we wanted to provide drinks as unique as the community we were creating so in 1994, Janice and Dennis started roasting their own beans. Since then, we’ve added more and more to the mix and now only serve beans that we roasted ourselves. Not only that, but now you can take Cups with you wherever you go by buying our Cups roasted beans online.

Our Community

We knew Cups had to be about more than simply coffee. Janice had a vision to create a community centered around art, coffee, and supporting one another. Because of that vision, we display local artists at no commission. We give back to local charities and community events. We look for artists to work as baristas while they are pursuing music, media, or visual arts careers. We offer free wi-fi so students can come study, and business people can have a great meeting place. We truly want to serve our community the best coffee experience.
