Cups’ Espresso Blend

House Espresso Blend is the foundation of everything we do at Cups - after all, we love espresso so much it's our middle name. This classically proportioned blend brings together beans from Africa, Indonesia, and the Americas to create the perfect base for all of our café espresso drinks.

The blend delivers rich semisweet chocolate and smooth nougat flavors with a velvety texture, brightened by distinctive orange zest notes that add complexity and balance. Each origin contributes something essential: African beans bring brightness and floral notes, Indonesian coffees add body and earthiness, while beans from the Americas provide balance and sweetness.

Roasted to a medium-dark level, this blend performs beautifully whether pulled as espresso shots, used in cappuccinos and lattes, or brewed as drip coffee at home. The careful balance ensures it cuts through milk while maintaining its character, making it versatile enough for any brewing method. We've been perfecting this signature blend in Mississippi since 1994, and it remains the cornerstone of our coffee program - the espresso that built Cups.
