Tasting Notes: Raspberries, Muscadine, Creamy Milk Chocolate
Our master roaster has come up with a new espresso blend this year. It is a blend of Brazil Moscardini and Sumatra Lintong coffees. The Moscardini comes from a single estate founded by an Italian family four generations ago. The coffee is naturally fermented which means the coffee cherries are dried in the fruit itself for several days to give it a very sweet taste. We took this lovely coffee, gave it an espresso roast and added some Sumatra Lintong to give the sweetness some body. The result is quite delicious, and we hope you enjoy it!
