About a year after Cups opened the doors on its first cafe, we decided we wanted more control over the coffee we were serving our customers. We began roasting our own coffee in 1994 and have loved being able to freshly roast coffee from around the world right here in Mississippi.

As Cups has grown over the past quarter century, so has our roasting facility. We are now located in Ridgeland and invested in a new, higher capacity Deidrich roaster in 2014.

We currently roast, flavor and deliver coffee every week so that we can always serve very fresh coffee in our cafes. The coffee and espresso that you enjoy in your favorite Cups café was roasted on average only 7-10 days before you took your first sip.

We also ship our coffee nationwide. We are fortunate to have a loyal following of Cups coffee fans around the country now and we can provide them with the same freshly roasted, delicious Cups experience that they grew used to in Mississippi.
