Shawn Rogers- Master Roaster

Shawn Rogers began working for Cups as a part-time barista in 1997 at Northpark Mall and Cups in the Quarter. In January 1999, Shawn became Cups roaster and assistant production manager at the Cups warehouse. In 2001, Shawn was promoted to warehouse and production manager. In 2009 Shawn was certified as Master Roaster.
